Orders remain closed. ## Offer and terms CV2Website.in is an assisted portfolio creation service supplied by **an individual seller trading as North Star Labs, North Star Labs, Flock Co-living, Opposite Plot No. 756, Sector 40, Gurugram, Haryana 122001, India**. Contact **support@cv2website.in (forwarding verification pending; not yet operational)** for support, corrections, cancellation, privacy requests or complaints. These identity fields must be completed before purchase is enabled. The selected launch-price direction is ₹499, with no surprise charges at checkout. The founder selected tax-exclusive pricing: ₹499 plus applicable tax. The rate, tax amount and final payable total remain to be configured before checkout. The service includes one personalised portfolio, factual review, one consolidated revision, a standalone HTML export, and one year of hosting from first publication, with renewal required thereafter. One available name-based .xyz domain for one year is the selected inclusion, subject to verification before orders open. Renewal after the first year is separate and requires agreement; no automatic second-year charge is authorized. Ongoing maintenance, job placement and employment outcomes are not included. We do not invent qualifications, employment or project results. The founder selected a preview in 30 minutes and final build in two hours. These commitments require operational verification before orders open; final publication still requires customer approval and a healthy domain. Any confirmed delivery clock will start only after verified payment and complete intake. We will tell you when that clock starts and identify missing information. Customer review and publication approval can extend the final publication time. One revision may be requested before publication; after publication, contact support within seven days of delivery for the included revision if it has not already been used. Publication changes require fresh approval of the revised content. Start with at most two outstanding paid orders, managed through operator-issued invitations; do not invite further orders at capacity. The service is for customers aged 18 or over. Supply only information you have permission to use. You retain rights in your original content; CV2Website.in receives permission to process it to fulfill your order and to publish only the exact version you approve. We may refuse unlawful or infringing content and apply the refund policy. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. ## Privacy notice and separate consents We collect your contact email, CV, optional photographs and professional links, name, role, headline, introduction, education, project descriptions, skills and optional private instructions. Payment records contain order/payment references and verification status. Card details are handled by Razorpay; do not submit card numbers, identity documents, passwords, unrelated sensitive personal information or information about another person in intake. We use this information to prepare, review and deliver your portfolio, handle corrections and support, and reconcile payments/refunds. Private contact email and instructions are excluded from portfolio exports. Processing consent and acceptance of the terms are recorded with their policy version and time. Publication permission is separate and records the digest and time of approval for the exact rendered draft. Declining publication does not permit us to publish your information. The proposed production system uses Cloudflare for hosting/storage, Razorpay for payments, and Resend for transactional delivery email. Runtime storage contains encrypted private records; authorized operators can access them for fulfillment. Provider processing locations and backup retention must be verified before activation. Intake content is not sent to an external language model by this implementation and must never be copied into Paperclip. No marketing list enrollment, analytics tracking or testimonial permission is bundled with purchase. You may request access, correction, export, deletion or withdrawal of consent through the support address. Before publication, private records can be deleted through your authenticated order page. For a published portfolio, support must remove the hosted page before confirming deletion. Public information may have been copied or cached elsewhere; removal cannot erase those independent copies. Withdrawing processing consent before fulfillment may prevent completion; cancellation/refund terms apply. Proposed private-source retention: up to 30 days after delivery; inactive unfinished orders expire after 30 days. Daily deletion must be enabled and verified before accepting customers. Necessary invoice, payment, refund and complaint records require a separately approved retention schedule and restricted store; the development store must not be used as the commercial accounting ledger. Provider backups can persist beyond primary-record deletion; disclose the verified provider backup window before launch. Store only URL, approval digest and hosting expiry in a separate restricted hosting register for the separately agreed hosting period. ## Refunds and cancellation A full refund is available before work begins, for duplicate charges, or when we cannot deliver the agreed scope. If we miss the delivery deadline agreed at checkout after both prerequisites are met, you may choose a full refund or agree to a revised deadline. After delivery, we first offer the included revision for agreed-scope defects; if we cannot resolve them, we offer a full refund. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Contact support with your order reference; never send card details. We will acknowledge requests within two business days and explain the decision and next step. Approved refunds are submitted through the original payment provider to the original method. Bank arrival time varies; we will provide the provider reference and its estimate after submission. Do not promise a fixed arrival date before provider verification. Refund submission is manual and requires authorized merchant access; no automatic refund is implemented. ## Hosting and support Hosting is included for one calendar year from first publication and requires renewal thereafter. Show its exact expiry independently of domain registration expiry. Renewal pricing and the supported process must be disclosed before purchase. No automatic renewal or recurring fee applies. A standalone HTML export is available for self-hosting. Only the included eligible .xyz is offered at launch; no extension or paid domain upgrades. Renewal/transfer ownership and support arrangements must be verified before accepting payment. Support will send an expiry reminder seven days before removal through an authorized transactional channel, then remove the site at expiry. The hosting register and reminder/removal routine must be configured and rehearsed before this promise can be published. Free-tier hosting has no guaranteed uptime; outages or provider restrictions will be communicated with an export or alternative delivery option. Support is the founder-approved monitored email; proposed acknowledgement target is two business days, not 24/7 service. ## Founder approval checklist Supply seller identity/address and support email; approve the ₹499 total/tax presentation, refund policy, hosting duration, two-business-day support target, 30-day source retention, adult-only eligibility and revision terms.
